Questions
What if I miss a day?
Any missed rule restarts the challenge at Day 1, as in 75 HARD.
What’s in this version?
50 days. All five 75 HARD rules every day for fifty days, back to Day 1 after any miss.
75 HARD and its five rules were created by Andy Frisella. 50 Hard keeps those rules exactly and runs them for fifty days, a shorter unofficial length.
When does it start?
Every Monday at 9am, your time. Join by Tuesday and you start with that week’s group; after that, you’re in the next Monday’s.
Why can’t I start right now?
So nobody does Day 1 alone. Everyone in your group starts the same morning. Until then, read the plan and bring a friend.
Where does it happen?
In Kiso: the start, the daily check-ins and your pod, all in one place.
Does it cost anything?
No. Kiso’s plans are free.
Who sees my progress?
Your pod sees that you checked in. What you write stays yours.
Where is it from?
Based on 75 HARD by Andy Frisella.
