Delete your Kiso account
How to delete your account and what is deleted, with or without the app.
In the app
Open You, then Your data, then Delete your account. Tick that you understand, and Kiso deletes your data, then the account you sign in with.
Without the app
Sign in on this website and open Delete my account below. If you can’t sign in any more, email hello@kiso.fit from the phone number or email on the account and ask for it to be deleted; we confirm it’s yours before we do.
What is deleted
Your profile, promises, check-ins, notes, photos, messages you sent in private and your devices are removed or de-identified. A few records are kept only where the law or safety needs them, such as payment receipts and reports about harm, and only for as long as needed.
