When you miss
A drinking day is recorded privately and honestly. Prioritize safety, contact support, and resume only when medically appropriate; shame and public penalties are prohibited.
Privacy and safety
Your proof, notes, conversations, and adaptation history stay private unless you deliberately share an action.
People who may be alcohol dependent can become seriously ill or die if they stop suddenly. Do not begin an abrupt alcohol-free challenge if you have withdrawal symptoms or dependency concerns; seek urgent medical advice or an alcohol treatment service for a safe plan.
