When you miss
Use the six-minute version or resume tomorrow. Do not wake earlier to repay a missed routine at the cost of sleep.
Privacy and safety
Your proof, notes, conversations, and adaptation history stay private unless you deliberately share an action.
Protect adequate sleep. A morning routine should not require chronic sleep restriction, unsafe exercise, or ignoring mental-health needs.
