What you actually do first
- Day 1: Enough for this moment — Notice one support already available and let the body receive that fact without forcing optimism.
- Day 2: Attention as wealth — Choose where your next ten minutes of undivided attention will go.
- Day 3: Receiving — Name one form of help, rest, knowledge, or care you are willing to receive.
- Day 4: Circulation — Identify one resource you can share without harming your own needs.
- Day 5: Hidden assets — List a skill, relationship, place, or lesson you routinely undervalue.
- Day 6: Possibility — Separate one real constraint from one assumption that has never been tested.
- Day 7: Gratitude without denial — Hold one difficulty and one source of support in the same honest reflection.
The complete 21-step path is already in Kiso.
When you miss
Resume with the next unfinished meditation. No catch-up debt and no public miss signal.
Privacy and safety
Your proof, notes, conversations, and adaptation history stay private unless you deliberately share an action.
Meditation is not a substitute for mental-health care. Pause or choose another practice if it feels distressing.
