What you actually do first
- Day 1: train — Week 1 · step 1 of 30 · 29 to go. 2 rounds today. Own the tempo — slower down, controlled up — before adding anything. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.
- Day 2: train — Week 1 · step 2 of 30 · 28 to go. 2 rounds today. Set the modification before the first rep, not after form breaks. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.
- Day 3: train — Week 1 · step 3 of 30 · 27 to go. 2 rounds today. Keep the last rep of each round as clean as the first. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.
- Day 4: recover — Week 1 · step 4 of 30 · 26 to go. Protect sleep tonight; it does more than another session would. Recovery is part of the program, not a broken streak.
- Day 5: train — Week 1 · step 5 of 30 · 25 to go. 2 rounds today. Cut a round rather than finishing a session you cannot control. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.
- Day 6: train — Week 1 · step 6 of 30 · 24 to go. 2 rounds today. Match effort to sleep and stress, not to yesterday. Stop for sharp pain, dizziness, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms and seek appropriate care.
- Day 7: recover — Week 1 · step 7 of 30 · 23 to go. Check whether anything hurts in a way that is not ordinary training soreness. Recovery is part of the program, not a broken streak.
The complete 30-step path is already in Kiso.
When you miss
Rest, scale, or continue from the next scheduled workout. Never double intense sessions to repair a streak.
Privacy and safety
Your proof, notes, conversations, and adaptation history stay private unless you deliberately share an action.
